The Ingmar Bergman Foundation administers the Ingmar Bergman Archives. This unique collection of over 60 years of creative output was added to UNESCO’s Memory of the World Register in 2007. The Archives are not open to the public, but here we offer you a sneak peak. And oh, there's a blog.

To the archivesIngmar Bergman’s Deed of Gift stipulates that the collection is to be made available to qualified researchers as well as to established writers. Access requires a granted Application. The materials can be researched in the Swedish Film Institute library. No materials, including photocopies etc., can leave the premises. For further regulations, see the Application form.
