Reuben Sallmander reads Gustav Adolf's monologue about the 'little life'. Sallmander plays this role in Stefan Larsson's stage version of Bergman's Fanny and Alexander.

Leading actors from The Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm perform some of the greatest Bergman monologues, in our video series to mark the 100-year anniversary of Ingmar Bergman's birth. Throughout 2018, a new video will be published every month.
